A ANACED nasceu e vive para fazer pontes.

As pontes servem para ligar margens, até aí, separadas e isoladas.
As pontes permitem o encontro, a complementaridade e a partilha, criando sinergias, animando projetos, ligando pessoas, pensamentos, sentimentos e identidades, estimulando, deste modo, a construção dum mundo novo.
Fiel à sua vocação de unir artistas com e sem deficiência, juntar experiências solitárias, separadas pelo preconceito, abrir espaços de participação e sublinhar mais o talento que têm em comum, do que as diferenças que os separam, a ANACED defende intransigentemente que a arte é um campo aberto à diversidade e que é na pluralidade que se inventa e se constrói um futuro e um presente mais humano de modo a que ninguém seja excluído da tarefa comum de construir um mundo de fraternidade e democracia.

ANACED was born and lives to create bridges.
Bridges are meant to connect shores, up to then apart and isolated.
Bridges allow meetings, complementarily and sharing, creating synergies, encouraging projects, connecting people, thoughts, feelings and identities, and thus stimulating the construction of a new world.
Faithful to its vocation of joining artists , with and without disabilities sharing lonely experiences apart by prejudice, and opening spaces of participation, underlining more the talent they have in common , than the differences that put them apart. ANACED strongly defends that art is an open field to diversity and that is in plurality that the future and a more human present is built so that no one be excluded to the construction of a world were brotherhood and democracy prevail.
